このブログにして初のcafe
本来の目的。mixiの分を焼きなおそうかなと最近思う。
仙台駅付近のでっかいビルaerその1階に。
昨日、「あるある大辞典」で野菜を主体の食事にすると癌になりにくい体になるそうで。
しっかり、野菜を取るようなメニューがあればいいなと。
サラダランチプレートってのがるじゃな～い。
店員さんに内容を聞いてみると…トマトですか･･･生ですか･･･。
（おいら、生のトマトは嫌いですから･･･）
じゃぁパスタランチで！ドリンクは、オレンジジュースで。（あるあるで果実もとったほうがよいと言っていたから）
がーん！
トマトが･･･でも野菜がいっぱい取れそうなパスタランチでよかった。
パスタはきのこのパスタ。ローストしたにんにくの香りと味。
なかなかでした。

Nice post. I learn something more challenging on different blogs everyday. It will always be stimulating to read content from other writers and practice a little something from their store.
