Kakeien
Burajiru purin
Haha no aji

Kakeien started 30 years ago selling eggs in Tokyo. However, seven years ago, based on a family's recipe, it has started producing puddings. The following flavors are sold: original, green tea (macha), green tea with adzuki beans, black tea (koucha) and cocoa.
Later, the Chef Itou (originally specialized in French cuisine) thought about the possibility of the Japanese liking the Brazilian pudding. As a result, the Brazilian pudding made by Kakeien is enjoyed not only by Japanese and Brazilians, but also by people from other countries who visit the place. Currently, besides the original, the following flavors are also offered: coffee and white sesame seeds. In the period of the Valentine’s Day, the chocolate pudding can also be found.
Besides the famous puddings, Kakeien also have other products, like mayonnaise. As the eggs from Kakeien do not contain any chemicals, even people with allergy can enjoy their products. If you happen to be in the area, do not miss the chance to taste the Brazilian pudding with a Japanese touch!
